ARRIVAL and GATE INSTRUCTIONS

Onda Oasis is located in Terra Lago, a secure gated community with a Lake. Here's what to expect upon arrival so your check-in is smooth:

• All guests arriving by vehicle should check in at the gatehouse on Avenue 44. Please have a valid government-issued photo ID ready. 
• You will be issued a parking pass at the gate for each vehicle, which must remain visible in your vehicle throughout your stay.
• During peak event weekends (festivals), gate lines can be longer than usual so allow extra time and additional rules may be imposed.
• Non-driving guests (Uber, rideshare) are allowed to drop off guests.
• Check-in instructions, gate access details, and community parking rules will be sent to you prior to your arrival date.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

• Please note that pool, gardening and trash service may arrive during your stay. This service is to ensure high quality vacations for you and other guests.
• We are looking for responsible & respectful guests. This is not a party house. If you are looking to party, please book somewhere else.

• A signed vacation rental agreement is required (completed electronically).
Only the people on the vacation rental agreement at the time of booking are allowed at the property and must provide a photo I.D. upon entering the community. To invite others is a violation of the vacation rental agreement and private home rental ordinance and you will be required to leave in addition to being charged a violation fee of $1,500.
• No smoking or vaping inside the house or game room. An additional $250 cleaning fee will be imposed for any violations.

• No pets allowed due to host allergies. An additional $400 cleaning fee will be imposed for violations.

• Complimentary spa heating up to 3 hours per day. Pool / Spa hours are 8 AM - 10 PM as required by the HOA and the City of Indio quiet hours.

• Guests are responsible to always ensure the safety of everyone on the property and most notably around the pool and hot tub.
• There is no garage as it has been converted to a game room.

• There are multiple Wi-Fi devices & security cameras on the exterior of the property that record audio & visual activity when there is motion. It is a violation to tamper with any security cameras on the property and violation will result in immediate cancellation of the stay.
• Cancellation Policy: More than 30 days prior to check-in, receive 100% of booking charges, less $275. Cancel 15 – 30 days prior to check-in, receive 50% of booking, less $275. Thereafter, the booking is non-refundable. Guests have 24 hours to cancel reservations for a full refund for reservations that were confirmed at least 72 hours before check-in.
• Daily rates are based on 10 guests. There is a fee for each additional guest above 10, up to a total of 14 guests. 

LIABILITY WAIVER:
You understand that swimming is at your and your guests own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming or any other activities at the property. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from  staying at the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming may present to children who are not carefully supervised. By booking Onda Oasis, you shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates, and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. The home is privately owned and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while you are on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. If you leave any items behind, we will not be responsible for the item(s), and we will not be responsible for shipping them to you. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
