ARRIVAL and GATE INSTRUCTIONS

Onda Oasis is located in Terra Lago, a beautiful and secure gated community with a Lake. Here's what to expect upon arrival so your check-in is smooth and stress-free:

• All guests arriving by vehicle will need to check in at the gatehouse on Avenue 44. Please have a valid government-issued photo ID ready for each vehicle
• You will be issued a parking pass slip at the gate for each vehicle, which must remain visible in your vehicle throughout your stay
• During peak event weekends (Coachella, Stagecoach), gate lines can be longer than usual so allow extra time when arriving on festival days
• Non-driving guests (Uber, Lyft, rideshare) are allowed to drop off guests
• Full check-in instructions, gate access details, and community parking rules will be sent to you prior to your arrival date.
